As we know about the Kalari and related treatments, this requires flexibility and vigor for performing correctly or accurately. For acquiring these qualities to body the practice of Kalaripayattu also is necessary. It helps the practitioner to stand in correct postures during treatment in order to have easy body movements without any difficulty. We do have a traditional “Gurukula System” of teaching by practices where printed study materials are not given. Students will note down the methods in their own languages. Based on this we have designed the schedules as follows. Class Schedule and Time: The normal schedule have total 300 minutes a day – 180 minutes in morning session and 120 minutes in the evening session. 0700 – 0900 hrs – Kalaripayattu training Tea Break 1000 - 1100 hrs – Treatment Training Lunch Break 0430 – 0630 hrs – Kalari & treatment training After completion of the training we provide Course Certificate.
